Obituary of Christopher Robert Roy
It is with tragic and heartbreaking news we announce the sudden passing of our Christopher Roy, formerly of Bathurst, New Brunswick, in his 36th year.
He is forever remembered and loved by his mother Dona Lee Couture. He leaves behind his 3 wonderful children. Loved deeply by his sister Sara and his 2 nieces. Son of Joseph Robert Roy. Cherished by his grandmother Eliza Landry and her husband Alvin Landry and grandfather Gerry Doucet. Survived by his many cousins, uncles and aunts, great aunts & great uncles, God Mother Norma Godin and God Father Glen Doucet, and his many friends. Remembered always by the mother of their 3 children, Elise Sutton.
Christopher enjoyed swimming, riding motor bikes, ski-doing and many other hobbies. One of his favorite things to do was to play the guitar and enjoyed many jam sessions with his friends. Growing up he found a passion in mechanical work and spent many hours in a garage.
Cremation has taken place. Interment to take place in Bathurst, NB, at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Victim Services Elgin, 613 Talbot St., Unit 104, would be appreciated by the family.
