Obituary of Sherry Remington

REMINGTON, Sherry (née Pletsch) of Chatham passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the age of 58. Sherry is survived by her husband Larry Remington Sr., her daughter Louise Lalumiere (Scott Shepherd), and her son Larry Remington Jr. (Brooke Primeau). She will be greatly missed by her niece Tammy Pletsch-Mayor (Jamie), her nephew Tim Pletsch (Tricia), her niece in-law Rhonda Lucyk and their children. She will also be missed dearly by her “fur” family: Buddy, Mocha, Angel and Killer. Sherry was known for her love of Tim Hortons coffee, being an avid bingo player and for being a loving mother and friend. Her unconventional sense of humour will be missed by all. Predeceased by her father Albert Pletsch, her mother Isabelle Yerks (Pletsch), her brother “Bernie” Pletsch and her sister Louise Pletsch. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 2pm-4pm at Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham. Cremation to follow. A private celebration of Sherry’s life will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to OSPCA, 405 Park Ave E, Chatham, ON N7M 3W4
