Obituary of Marilyn Anne McBrayne

On Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at London Health Sciences Centre-University Campus, Marilyn Anne McBrayne passed away in her 78th year. She was born in St. Thomas and moved to Windsor when only a child. She was the only child of Carmon and Elizabeth King. Marilyn met and married Douglas (predeceased 2010) and enjoyed each other’s company for 51 years. They moved from Windsor to Rodney to start their family. Loving mother of Cheryl (Philip), Randy, Scott (Nicolle) and Debbie (Gavin). Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Christopher, Ethan, Karson and Konnor. She leaves behind many in laws, nieces, nephews, many special friends and adopted daughter, Linda. Predeceased by her grandson Michael and daughter in law Carol. She worked and retired from Presstran Industries, St. Thomas. Marilyn will be greatly missed by her pet companion, Chico. In keeping with Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, West Lorne, on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. Donations in memory of Marilyn may be made by cheque to London Health Sciences Centre ICU Patient Assistance Fund (Account #74-350-01).
