I was sorry to hear of George's passing.
I remember working at Miller's Garage with him and that Mustard and Green Studebaker Speedster he had.
A very fast car. Many miles ago..............
Rest in Peace George.

Our sincere condolences to Ruthanne, Lois and Monica and families. Also the Gal family. Our friendship goes back about 7 decades. In the early years we spent a lot of time with George and Sophie. After we moved to Windsor, we would still visit although not as much. George always had jokes to tell or puzzles to try and solve. We will miss his hearty laugh and know he will be happy to be with Sophie who he missed so much.George may you rest in peace and may God strengthen and comfort his loving daughters and families. Our prayers are with all of you.

The last three years spent with George as his PSW, for both George and I were a learning experience. George himself Thanked me just last month for all the things I had helped him learn. I laughed and told him the learning went both ways. George and I spent much time , debating, discussing many topics. Mostly George talked of his daughters and grandchildren. How things had changed in life over the years. How much he missed and loved his dear wife Sophie. George was a very proud and sometimes stubborn person. These things are what allowed him to live his life on his own terms. In the last few years George had his ups and downs with his health. George is now at peace and with his Sophie. For this I am very happy for him. However I will truly miss our some times heated discussions and mostly our times of laughter. My heart and thoughts at this time are with all his girls. Till we meet again George, Try to behave Haha...Judie Hurst-Helmer

Ruthann,Lois and Monica we're so sorry to hear about your dad.
George always remember the old days and had good old conversations when he was at our place.
We know he hasn't been feeling well for awhile and was quite angervated at things to the point he was worked up.
He was a wonderful person and was there to help alot of people
He's at peace now and those people who did bother him have to live with themselves! They know who they are too.
Sending our sympathy and condolences to you all.
Don ( soup) Campbell
Rip my friend until we meet again
