Obituary of Erma McLEAN

(Joanne) Joan Erma MacLean nee, Galin; Robbins; (Crawford) residing at Valleyview Home in St. Thomas ON, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2017 in her 89th year with her family at her side. Joanne is survived by her loving family of 4 sons, Jim (Donna) Robbins, Rod Robbins, Rick Robbins and David (Lynda) Galin; and her special daughter, Jody Lee. Joanne is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandson; 2 sisters, Doris (Jeff) Trudell and Wilma Drummond; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Allen and Iva (Lackey) Crawford; a brother Robert; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life was held prior to Joanne’s death, family and friends gathered from as far as Regina, Saskatchewan; and Windsor to Ottawa. The family wishes to express a sincere thank you and gratitude to her extended family at Valleyview and for the compassionate care and love that Joanne received from the staff; volunteers; and her fellow residents.
