SKINNER, Kenneth Roy Peacefully passed away in St. Thomas, on January 3, 2018 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Marlene Fay Skinner (2012). Beloved father of Michael Skinner and the late Cheryl Lynn Skinner (1963). Loving brother of Hilda Noble (Wayne). Predeceased by brothers Cyril, Doug and Jack. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Bonnie Place Nursing Home. In keeping with his wishes, no service will be held.
