ZELEZEN, Susan

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at her residence in St. Thomas, on Friday, April 13, 2018, at the age of 61 years.  Beloved wife of Stephen.  Loving mother Shanna (Todd), Liana (William), Steven (Nicholas), and the late Robert.  Grandmother of 7 grandchildren and one great-grandson.   Also survived by her parents Harold and Helena, her sister Patricia (Jack) and brother Robert.

The family wishes to thank the VON/Personal Support Workers for their care and assistance at this time.
